Meet Dr. Brenda Acosta

Dr. Brenda Acosta was born in El Salvador and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended The University of Texas at Austin, earning her Bachelors in Biochemistry and Business, then continued to dental school at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. With a passion for education, Dr. Acosta accepted a residency program at The University of New Mexico that gave her the opportunity to work with complex medical and dental patients in a hospital setting, giving her a greater understanding and appreciation of the dental profession.

Dentistry is an art in which each person's smile is like a canvas of many different colors, shapes, and designs. Dr. Acosta is excited to share the importance of oral health with the community where she was raised. Her goal is to educate patients on the best options for their beautiful and unique smile. Dr. Acosta’s favorite part about being a dentist is learning what’s important to her patients so they can have confidence in their perfect smile.

Away from the office, Dr. Acosta most enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also has a Maltese named Principe who loves going for runs and taking spontaneous road trips.
